From the visual artists to the creative firms and communities, the spotlight will be on these amazing set of individuals and groups who strive to get noticed globally for bringing their own unique genre of creativity blended with their rich African heritage to the forefront to tell their own stories through arts/culture, architecture, interior design/decoration, photography, digital art, 2d/3d architectural visualization, signage design systems, cartoons, animation(2d/3d) and a lot more from the digital nerd realm.
They work in atmospheres not to friendly to their creative passions, family/friends usually not supportive of the creative pursuit because it is “Un-African” and lack of much needed social amenities like power supply where they run on generators, solar power and inverters to keep going hoping things will change in the long run with successive governments with more support financially from the private sector as well.
No other persons can tell their own creative journeys, pains, struggles and triumphs than one of their own. A platform like this has been long overdue but come at good time. You welcome to a creative journey of diversity through the eyes and mind of an African digital nerd *wink wink*
